i have been using penishealth, doing the exercises for 2 weeks, right now i have just been sticking to the work out plans provided on the website, which basically ive just planned it so i would do each work out regiment for 2 weeks.

(example beginners 7-10 minutes = week 1 and week 2, beginners 25-30 minutes = week 3 and week 4, etc.)

i was curious if this was the best route for me to take or should i make my own routines. or maybe one of you would be kind enough to post your own routines.

also for some background im 18 years old, and i was curious what your opinion on the matter is, should i be doing these exercises at my age etc etc.

flaccid length 3 3/4''
Erect length 6.0"
flaccid girth 4.0
erect girth 5.0

Follow the plans from PH for the first two to three months, then you can start playing with things. First you need to learn the feel and types of exercises. Like I said around the 8th week you can start playing with different exercises.

im just about to complete my second week of PE and ive been doing one of the basic routines, jelqs, long shlongs,PC exercises, warm up, warm down,

i do my routine whilst having a shower, it helps with keep the warmth in and helps keeping it supple, oh the added privacy is a welcomed bonus.

What i am doing with these exercises is not so much going for length and girth straight away but learning how much work my penis can take so as not to sustain injuries, if i pick up some extra length and girth then thats great, i feel it also conditions your penis aswell.

Take your time and learn about yourself.

i would stick with the longer beggimer routine for a while personally. First because they will most loikely give u the noobie gain without way smaller chances of injury. Second because it;s gunna condition ur penis and make it tougher for the more advanced exercises you'll be doing down the road.

If you are doing jelqs while IN the shower, i think you may be doing something wrong... What are you using as a lube? All the lubes I know of are not water based, and therefore do not work when your dick gets wet. After I do my warm ups I thoroughly dry my hands and dick, in order for the mineral oil to lubricate correctly.

Stretches I guess you can do in the shower... but it isn't necessary, and has little impact on the elasticity of your ligaments.

lol im not doing it wrong maybe i didnt explain it clearly, the shower is concentrated on my dick to start with to get the warmth needed, i then turn my back to the shower and the water hits my shoulders and runs down my back but doesnt get on my dick so the lube stays on, if i feel i need to apply more heat to my dick its just a matter of turning around.

If your lubes are not water based then they might be oil based and these will work in warm water as the water wont be able to wash it off, if its water based then the water from the shower would wash it off, but seeing as i have my back to the water they it could be either water based or oil.

seeing as im in the shower already i do my other exercises aswell...and its working well so far.:)
