EQ is essentially a combined measure of how erect your penis gets and how long you can maintain that erection. A "10" would mean that you can obtain a rock hard erection and hold it for as long as you desire (within reason, of course :)). A "0" would be a total inability to obtain an erection.

I guess my EQ isn't that good then. I can get a pretty hard erection but can't maintain it for long unless I am really stimiulated. I suppose the part you mean about mantining an erection for as long as one desires means getting a full erection and not touching at all right?

Is this what PC flexes/Kegal's can take of?

Yes PC flexes are good for EQ. However I have personally found that by doing reverse pc's I can hold that puppy up for a while with no worries.

The reverse pc muscle can be found when you urinate try forcing the pee out faster. The same muscles you use are the ones you will exercise in the same manner for your reverse pc

When you work out the "reverse PC muslce" do you do it in the same manner as PC flexes/kegals?

I do right now my PC flexes after my PE session with an erection going (55 reps).

Yes you push out like you would when you found the muscles rather than contract and hold. Do it for the same length of time as the pc's.

hey anth, i just started doing the pc killer this last week and that has the reverse pc flexes. do u think that workout on its own is enough or should i add some more in? also i dont really see a lot of info on how many days on and off that the pc should be trained.
any suggestions would be great. E.Q. is my top priority right now.

The Killer is all that you need. Technically, there would be no harm in doing it 7 days a week. I just don't think that it is necessary. Commuting to work or school in the morning works fine. If you have a short commute, then part in the morning and part in the return trip will work fine. This would be five days a week, and that would work fine. I always think that your brain needs a rest from PE sorts of things, doing a couple of days off each week does serve this purpose.

turtle is right, this exercise by itself is a "killer". Mentally a break from PE goes a long way.

Hey,

Question about reverse PC flexes. DO you feel it in your abs? and do you feel like your going to crap your pants? is this okay? having a hard time finding the PC muscle doin reverses? and tips on reverse PC flexes?

No I don't feel like I have to crap my pants.
To find the reverse pc take a leak an push the urine out. Those are the muscles you need to use for the reverse.
