Hello,

So i got a pea sized bruise, i've had one before, so i've stopped PE till it disappears. My question is do i have to wait fully till it is gone, or till about 70% gone before i continue?

and since i got it from jelqing, can i do length in the meantime? or any type of strain will effect the healing process? whats the best way to address a bruise? any way to heal it faster?

Wait till its gone it is. I didnt know you can take a herb to reduce bruising? do you know of this arnica, i've seen it in the drugstore but its in a Cream, would this still work as if i consumed arnica?

Ya i will next time a bruise happens to show, its basically gone so i can continue with my routine. Also instead of creating a new thread ill ask a question on this one, Its off topic.

Does the schedule matter, in terms of days on days off. i am unable to carry out the 3 on 1 off 2 on 1 off schedule. Would mon. wed, fri and sat. work. a 4 day week. would the day off after each session hinder the results? I'm not sure if you need the consecutive days on to get proper results. Is there a minimun amount of sessions where your not going to get gains? or is some better then none?

I'm no expert but when i did a one day on one day off schedule i had bigger flacids for the remainder of te day but my gains were slower. When i did the 3/1 i kept gains on my off days and made gains way faster i actually managed to gain .5 length and .2 girth in about a week and a half, don't know if i cemented them because i got injured .

As long as you PE that's good but I've found that consecutive days is key to any PE workout. But you have to do what's best for you, but I believe consecutive days help keep and create gains when they happen.

Ya thats what i figured, consecutive days are what makes and keeps gains. I gotta make time, im very close to my goal. gotta do what you gotta do.

bruises come from broken capillaries. a pea size is a large size though and you should def stop till it heals. since they come from too much blood pressure in the penis, stretching has nothing to do with it, and you can do those exercises while you wait. Do longer warm ups and maybe even do some warm up's in between ur girth exercises, this should help. watch for the spots to appear as you exercise, if you see the tinniest spec, stop your work out. the reason why it got the size of a pea is probably because you didn't notice it mid work out and continued.
