I just purchased size genetics, which is a considerable investment for a college student like me. I have tried exercises on and off, but never really had the time to stay committed, and therefore never got any results. I am just about average now, 6" length and slightly over 5" girth. I, however, and a self improvment junkie, and want this to work. I tried the contraption for the first time earlier today, and I'll be honest, its like a chinese torture machine. Took me a while to figure out how many side bars I need, and eventually I got it to be what i thought was correct. Including time taken to correct for discomfort, it was probably on for about two hours.
I'm starting this thread as a public journal of sorts. When I was doing research I wanted to see documentation of peoples success, so thats what I'm going to do. I will also be posting my questions for all to see, and hopefully answer. my final goal is 7"x6", and I am hoping it can be accomplished in 6 months... We will see.

Welcome to the forum and I'm very glad to see that you will document your journey from the start. I think that will be beneficial not just to yourself but to others as you intend.

Check out this thread regarding the SG device. You might find some useful info.

I have no experience and no research with the SG machine. From what I understand the machine applies constant mild pressure to you ligaments. Manual exercises should be generally a more intense lig stretch, but that is only because its for a period for several minutes and not the hours that one has the SG on. Since the machine only stretches the ligaments, and does to increase the amount of blood your penis can hold, it will NOT increase your girth.

IMO the exercises are the backbone of any penis enlargement regiment. The pills and machines merely compliment the workout, and enhance the results. I don't think you should rely solely on this. After all, it makes no sense to stretch the ligs without expanding the chambers in you tissues to hold more blood. A thick throbbing cock is far important and masculine than just a long sclong.

You will most likely see quicker results from girth PE than length gains from this machine. Consider 15 mins of jelqs and their variations, 3 days on, 1 day off. And let the SG do its slow but sure lengthening while you work out.

I've been pretty good about using the SG device so far. It takes a considerable amount of manual dexterity, but I'm getting the hang of putting it on. I'm still using the 900g tension level because I do not want to risk injury. I'm not looking forward to getting it on tighter, its enough of a pain as it is to stretch my penis and apply the strap while compressing the springs. Maybe I have an unusually elastic flacid penis? No idea, but it's frustrating.
I'm pretty sexually active, and sex i have noticed a moderate increse in erection quality, but i tend to doubt its from the machine. I do short PE workouts whenever i can squeeze them in. Keeping the SG on while I read or do other work is easy, PE requires more attention. I first learned about PE from pegym.com, a pretty good resourse in my oppinion, but then again I'm a rookie. I work out a lot, running, boxing, weight lifting, and i find that it is difficult to do PE after a workout, probably because so much blood is pulsing thru ur muscles.
feedback is more than welcome, I want to make sure I get my money's worth out of this machine...

I started at the beginning of month with wearing the sg device. 6-7 days on, maybe one day off, 2-4 hours a day. I do PC whenever I can fit it in also; I've been getting in at least one session every other day and sometimes 2-3 days in a row.

I haven't made any gains yet, but I do notice that when flaccid my penis hangs down a little bit more than it did before. However I get discouraged easy because I expect gains to come faster. I end up measuring and staring at my erect dick like 100 times a day for results. I have to take a step back and tell myself that it's only been 3 weeks and gains aren't going to come that fast. I've read other threads where guy's say they notice major gains after the 5th week mark and I'm looking forward to my 5th week in.

I plan on starting that Big Al sg device routine in the sticky tomorrow. I've incorporated Big Al's squeeze into my PC as well.

Starting: 6.75 in length, 5.25 in girth
Goal: 8 in length, 6 in girth :sm27

I have continued with my SG program, adding PE excercises whenever possible, and the only results i have to speak of are marked soreness and some discoloration. To be honest, I'm beginning to fear that I am doing more harm than good. I started light, as suggested, but when it came time to add more tension to the machine, i found it nearly impossible to get to that second line on the side bars. Maybe my flacid penis is more elastic than most, but from all i have read, i am applying the device correctly, and still getting nothing out of it.

Words of advice?

My advice is to throw the extender into the darkest unknown regions of your closet and forget about it.Concentrate on doing just the manual exercises with the 3 on 1 off/2 on 1 off suggested routine for a few months.

I've never used an extender and i personally think they are junk but i'm not saying they don't work.A lot of guys use them and get results.Myself and i think most of the mods here have all seen great gains from just doing manual exercises.

I suggest you try keeping to a dedicated, consistent routine of manual exercises for 3 to 4 months and i'll bet you'll gain something. It's also possible that maybe you're either doing too much or not enough training with the extender.

From what I've seen nothing is better than manual exercises!

I will add my vote to Manual Exercise. It works great if you perform the exercises with dedication, consistency, and intensity.

I'll put in another vote for manual exercises! Can't beat 'em.
