Hi! Great forum,

I started off tonight with 5 mins of warm up, 2 mins each of LS, jelqs, and horizontal movement. Then I did a 7 min warm down. It was easier than I thought it would be. I'm starting slow to avoid injury.

My kit from SG included the traction device and pills. I'm going to start with only exercises before I use traction or pills.

I'm starting at about 5 5/8 BPEL.

Jelqing should be your #1 focus when you starting PE. It is critical you understand how to do a good solid jelqs in the beginning, because almost all the girth exercise are just variations of this basic exercise. Jelq VERY slowly, about 6 secs from the base to the head. Try both the OK grip and reverse OK grip to see which feels better. Make sure you have a very firm pressure with your grip, this is key.

I would also suggest one thing as you jelq... When you make you initial grip of your shaft at the base, before you start moving forward, take you opposite hand and place it underneath you cock. Use you index finger to push your balls back and hold them back when jelq forward, this will ensure you are not stretching out the skin, and will stop the dreaded "Turkey neck."

Then when you switch hands, just use your opposite hand and do the same exact thing.

Remember don't do jelqs quickly its not about the number you do its the intensity of each jelq that counts. Once you get the hang of it, maybe 1-2 weeks, try throwing some kregels in there in between (aka Jelq and Hold). This is when once ur ok grip reaches the head, tourniquet, kregel hard and hold, take your other hand and start your grip at the bottom again, release the tourniquet below the head, jelq forward and repeat.

Good luck with the PE, don't rush yourself, at a certain point everything will "click" and you'll know when you are doing everything perfectly. Try turning on the some music you can sing the lyrics to, it helps from ghetting an erection when your jelqing.

I would suggest increasing the time of your work out after the first week, the more time you put into it, the more you can get out of it. Make sure to take a day off every three days and stop PE if you get any bruises. Good Luck.
