Hello everyone. I have recently started the program again after years off. I never seemed to have the commitment to keep at it but hopefully this time will be different.
I know how to do the exercises and am mindful of my "limits" so I am going to start off running.
10 min warm up (fill a glass w/ just not rly hot water and dunk my junk in there and push it against my body)
5-10 min jelq/kregels (aka jelq and hold i guess)
5-10 count Mega Pumps (depending on broken capillaries)
Then a hot shower as a warm down
And my own version of stretches, straight up for the tunic , left and right (seems to be the best lig stretch), and forward and straight down.
Ok so my thought on getting the best stretches are:
1. I start off dousing the area w/ alcohol (im uncut and once its dries it gives the best grip)
2. When stretching to the right raise you left leg off the ground ( on a chair maybe) and position it perpendicular to ur body (like the captain morgan stance). it seems to get the best lig stretch
3. Do the opposite for left stretches
4. when stretch straight up i like to place my wrist on my pubes and stretch up over it, seems to get the best tunic burn
5. when stretching straight down i lean back arching my back backwards, seems to get the best lig stretch
6. when stretching straight forward i like to hold onto my door knob with three loose fingers (reverse ok grip) and just lean my body back, then i slowly kregel and hold off and on, it pulls you forward a little when you kregel put u gotta stay stationary. good stretch.
i do all my stretchs w/ reverse ok grip (three loose finger away from ur body) except for the tunic stretch (thats the normal ok grip)
well so my 2nd day doin it. after the 6th mega pump i had 1 broken capillary, minor stuff, so decided that would be it. took one day off and this is day 3. feeling optimistic.
