Hello everyone. I have recently started the program again after years off. I never seemed to have the commitment to keep at it but hopefully this time will be different.

I know how to do the exercises and am mindful of my "limits" so I am going to start off running.

10 min warm up (fill a glass w/ just not rly hot water and dunk my junk in there and push it against my body)
5-10 min jelq/kregels (aka jelq and hold i guess)
5-10 count Mega Pumps (depending on broken capillaries)
Then a hot shower as a warm down

And my own version of stretches, straight up for the tunic , left and right (seems to be the best lig stretch), and forward and straight down.

Ok so my thought on getting the best stretches are:
1. I start off dousing the area w/ alcohol (im uncut and once its dries it gives the best grip)
2. When stretching to the right raise you left leg off the ground ( on a chair maybe) and position it perpendicular to ur body (like the captain morgan stance). it seems to get the best lig stretch
3. Do the opposite for left stretches
4. when stretch straight up i like to place my wrist on my pubes and stretch up over it, seems to get the best tunic burn
5. when stretching straight down i lean back arching my back backwards, seems to get the best lig stretch
6. when stretching straight forward i like to hold onto my door knob with three loose fingers (reverse ok grip) and just lean my body back, then i slowly kregel and hold off and on, it pulls you forward a little when you kregel put u gotta stay stationary. good stretch.

i do all my stretchs w/ reverse ok grip (three loose finger away from ur body) except for the tunic stretch (thats the normal ok grip)

well so my 2nd day doin it. after the 6th mega pump i had 1 broken capillary, minor stuff, so decided that would be it. took one day off and this is day 3. feeling optimistic.

For your warm ups you could try a heating pad or a heat lamp

There are also microwavable wraps for heat that others have liked.

Your upwards tunica stretch sounds interesting using your fist as a fulcrum. I might try it out someday. :)

Perhaps for your downward stretch you could do the BTC instead and then lift your leg in the "Captain Morgan" position. This adds intensity to the stretch and really attacks the ligs better than the downwards stretch.

Small pin sized dots are ok with girth exercises and are not a sign that you need to stop.
However as you stated the large pea size bruise is not a good thing.

Perhaps less intensity with the Mega pump to avoid bruising? Just a thought.

IMO a cup is the best method because its creates a good seal with suction when you press it against your body and kregel off and on. It actually creates a pump, and with good pressure it holds the blood in the penis. Also the water temp stays pretty much the same level for about 5 mins because no air is in contact with the water. Your penis is fully immersed in water, but you don't "feel" the temperature of the water, because it is all the same temperature, so there is nothing to compare the heat to. This means that you can you warm up with water at higher temperature than you can with a towel.

I have a shower chair and i sit down and fill up new water after 5 mins. after the 10 mins, my dick is very very warm to the touch. its perfect imo.

i don't think it possible to break any capillaries while jelqing, but mega pumps can be risky. So I am going to do interval warm ups after sets of 2 from now on.

I know small red specs come with the territory, but once a capillarity is broken, and you continue to to do advanced exercises like Mega Holds, it is just going to get bigger. I definitely don't want my girlfriend to be thinking I have Herpies or something lol. I don't want to tell her yet, I want her to notice it for herself first.:sm25

ok I am a member of penishealth.com but I'm not really sure what you mean by this. does BTC mean Behind The Cock. I'm thinking about it and do you mean grab your dick through your legs and stretch across your taint ( for lack of better terms)? Now that I'm thinking about that sounds like it could be a good stretch. The "captain morgan stance" targets one lig at a time, so I'm guessing you mean two equal sets of both stances? lmk

so i just finished my workout, I tried the BTC, like I had envisioned, but added the Captain Morgan Stance both Right and Left sets... WOW. best Lig Stretch PERIOD.
