View Full Version : Flipside of Penis Enlargement

I was thinking about this.
Obviously, we are all here because we want to enlarge our penis, because we want to maintain sexual fitness, or any other given reason.

Our goal is to make penis enlargement as commonly, and publically, accepted as female breast enlargement. But what will happen when this has finally become reality?

Think about it, will it help men or will it put even more pressure on their shoulders? We are proclaiming that penis enlargement can be done by anyone, with relatively little time being required for a daily routine.

Don't you think there's a possibility that it will be expected from men to do penile enlargement, or that an average sized, or below-average penis will become even less accepted than it is now?

I think that there are to many societal issues such as religion, morals, male status, that will work against that happening. Breast enlargement is visual. The appearance factor makes it not just a sexual event. Other than the shower in the gym, people have absolutely no idea how big your penis is. The penis is purely a sexual item. What I am really trying to say, is that I doubt that PE will ever be looked as normal or expected. Also, PE does not work for everyone. It requires, as I have said many times, dedication, consistency, and intensity, and a great deal of the population does not possess those three traits when trying to accomplish something. If penis pills actually worked, I could see that creating the situation you describe, but PE won't do it. I will grant that it will become more accepted and not laughed at as "stupid male dreaming." The bottom line though is that "most" males will not start a PE program, or if they start will not perform PE in the proper manner.

I agree with Turtle.It takes a serious amount of dedication to see results.Most would have a hard time keeping with a consistent routine.Think about all the overweight people in the world and how an hour of regular exercise a day would improve their physical health.Then ask yourself why there are still so many obese people out there.

Like the saying goes... If it was easy everyone would be doing it. I should loose a few pounds myself but after spending a little over an hour on PE 5 days a week i don't any more commitment left in me.I've managed to keep at it for 2 1/2 years but during that time i've seen a lot of guys come and go here on the forums.

It sounds easy and some will experience great results quickly but for guys like me that have to grind it out,life sometimes gets in the way.That's why i'm always reading posts from guys who started but had to stop."But this time their serious and are gonna stick to it." Some will go on to achieve their goals and others still won't be able to commit.

With the internet in almost every household i believe a lot more guys will hear about PE and it will become more popular.The downside is that a larger amount of guys and teenagers will rush into it,and the injury rate will rise along with it.Not to mention every other crackpot company with a gimmick and a flashy logo trying to cash in .That may be enough to give PE a bad name and discourage a lot more guys from even trying it.

I gave up on the PE and jelq device a little less than 2 years ago and have started doing and using again. I've been consistent for 5 weeks now and haven't notice a gain. I see myself becoming unmotivated again which led me to quit last time. What really drives me crazy is when I come on here and see guys post that they've had gains after just a month of use. I'm starting to question myself whether I'm doing everything right. I've watched the videos on how to perform PE, read threads on the different routines I should follow and have lengthen and shorten the time I wear the device. Then when I post my concerns and questions I either don't get replies or just one reply stating that it takes some people longer. Exactly what I don't need to hear!!!!

Sorry you keep getting the same answer, icebergshorty, but the reality is, that is the answer. Some folks gain fast, then stop. Others grow steadily over time, etc. It sucks to see other guys gaining when you're not - I think I can speak for most guys here when I say we've all been through it.

Post you routine exactly as you do it - what exercises, how many reps, how long on the extender, etc. That way folks can give you their thoughts on what you might want to add on or take off. If one of your other posts was missed, it wasn't on purpose. One slips through the cracks every now and again.

I've been doing the basic jelq exercises(jelq, long jelq, jelq and hold) as well as 50 reps of those 5 second squeezes that big al recommended in that one thread. However I get most of my workout in wearing the device alone. I do PE whenever I get the chance, but when I do that's basically my routine. I wear the device usually for 2-4 hours a day 6-7 days a week. When I wear for 4 hours I usually wear it 2 hours for 2 sets a day.

I recently started adding warm-ups with a hot rag before I put on the device because I heard that it's good to get the blood flowing before stretching the penis(didn't know that applied to the extender as well). I figure another one of my mistakes is not warming up with a hot rag before PE, but thought it be cool since I do my exercises right after I get out of the shower. My blood should be flowing right after I get out the hot shower, but who knows. I recently started incorporating rest days as well because I heard that like with body building your muscles, or in this case penis, needs time to heal. So I've went from a 6-7 day on routine to 3 on 2 off then 2 on again.

EG = 5.2
EL = 6.75

Also - to the original question, completely agree with turtle and metalman. I think the problem with making PE more of a known quantity is getting folks to look at it seriously. Right now the face of penis enlargement is Bob from the Enzyte commercial. Even though those ads crack me up, they make the job of getting PE into the mainstream a difficult one. Until Bob goes away, folks are going to lump real PE in with the gimmicks like magic pills and pumps.

At that point, I'd compare it to fat people who know that exercise will make them skinny (I speak as one of the fat guys...) - we know it works, but we just don't want to do it, even though we know society says skinny people are better people. Society tells guys a big penis is better, but most of us still won't be driven enough to go through with it.

You have ads on TV for penis pills?

In Europe, I've never, ever seen this.

shorty, sorry for the delayed response. My computer crashed literally an hour after my last post, and this is the first chance I've had to get on the forum since then. Crazy week.

As far as your manual exercises, it sounds to me like you need to establish some consistency to your routine. You made a good call switching to the 3 on 2 off. Rest days are extremely important. You didn't mention how many of the jelq exercises you're doing, but I'll pass along a piece of advice I received. A decent routine should probably last between 12 and 15 minutes. 15 minutes of girth work is a great workout. You can incorporate the various types of jelqs you've been doing and the squeeze, which is a GREAT exercise. Try this for a while, then, as you build experience and time, starting adding more intense exercises. Get into a consistent routine, and the gains should come.

Warm up and warm down should always be done. Just taking a shower may not be enough, since it may provide enough direct heat. You could try the warm up cloth in the shower.

I don't know much about the extender, so I can't help much there, but if you're following the suggested routines, then I'd say you're doing everything you're supposed to be doing. I've gained about an inch in EL from the manual exercises, so I can only vouch for them.

Sorry again for the delay. Hope I was helpful.

Earendil, search youtube for Enzyte commercials. You'll see Bob. The most innuendo you'll likely see in 30 seconds.

What kind of progress are you forcing with your routine? It sounds as if you may have been doing a modified basic routine which focuses on increasing training frequency. This is a good approach for a few weeks, but after that, your focus should be on increasing intensity (and volume too a lesser extent).

Are you talking about my usage of the jelq device? If so I wear for about 2-4 hours a day in two 2 hour sessions. Both sessions I have the extender extended to about 900g. Are you saying I should stretch my penis out further for less time? 1200g to 1500g for about an hour for about two to three 1 hour sessions, adding up to 3 hours sound good? I should add on screws as well, huh? I've been using 4 of the 3cm screws(2 pairs, 2 screws on each side) and a pair of the small 1cm screws(1 pair, 1 screw on each side) for over a month now.

Each subsequent routine should be a little more challenging than the last in some fashion- whether it be increased duration, intensity, frequency, or some combination of the three.

For extenders, you can work up to max intensity (the full 1500 g) for an appreciable amount of time (1 hour is good to start); then you can start increasing duration.
