While using the SG the handscrew broke where it screws into the base. They want me to send it in so they can send me the new parts. So I went to UPS and they wanted $60-$70 to ship. I thought that was crazy. So I don't know if I should just order the parts from the jes-extender site. What good is a warranty if it cost me that much to send my parts in? Does anyone know of any American companies that sells parts so I don't get killed on shipping?
