Do testosterone boosters help with penis growth or increase size?

as turtle says above mate it wont make your penis grow but more testosterone may give stronger erections engorging your penis with some extra blood could add some superficial size.

The problem with testosterone boosters is that they are pretty much worthless for the healthy adult male.

If your a healthy adult male then your hormones will be in a delicate balance (homoeostasis) now if you introduce a chemical in to the HPTA (Hypothalamus Pituitary Testicular Axis) to increase testosterone you own body will lower other hormones to bring the balance back to the status quo.

your brain and testicles function on a loop (Negative feedback loop), the short version is like this, your brain produces a hormone that travels to your testicles which in turn then produces testosterone, then your brain monitors how much testosterone is in the blood and releases an appropriate amount of the first hormone to keep the loop going.

So you introduce a foreign chemical in addition to the brain hormones to increase testosterone and this is all well and good but the brain then discovers there's more testosterone than normal so it reduces brain hormones to get you back in balance.

The body is amazing at staying in balance and any interference usually makes things worse or the body just ceases to play ball and adjusts its own hormone production to get the results it requires.
