Hi!
I was just wondering how long it has taken for you,with P.E exercises eg. jelquing etc., to get the results that you've always wanted?

not done yet. I have gained almost 1/2 in just over a month. I have 1 1/4 to go. I would say I'll be doing this for another year+ or so.

Actual effective time isn't much for me. I had an on-again-off-again schedule way back (which you can read about here (http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1500)) for about 6 months and gained well. I've been back on now for a fairly short time and my gains have been good (thanks to a grueling regimen though). You can read up on my latest work/results here (http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1551). I'm still not quite at my goals but I'm very close. I estimate that I will be right there by the end of summer if my workouts can continue. :)

Hmmmm....I've got a question though.If you've reached you desired length/girth,do you still have to carry on with the P.E. exercises to maintain that length/girth?

I didn't have to. Things stayed the same when I re-measured before I started back up again. It is recommended to do some kind of tapering-off routine though. And keep doing PC work your entire life, it's vital to sexual fitness.

OH okay...Cos i near my ideal length,so i'll soon be not doing P.E. exercises but what do you mean by a tappering-off routine?

I've been at it for just about a month and haven't had many erect gains, maybe a 1/4" total with not much girth. I have noticed a fuller penis while flaccid and in general healthier look to it.
i have gained an 3/4 of an inch in a month so im happy and thats with 3 on 1 off and a basic exercise. with pps

Just like you build intensity and duration when you start out, you'll progressively decrease duration (keep intensity high) for a few weeks to get the tissue used to less stimulation. I suggest doing some form of PE about once or twice a week for the 3 months directly after you "get off" to keep your gains. I also recommend doing PC exercises for life (again, at least once or twice a week) since they're so beneficial to overall sexual health (and, some believe, the health of your prostate).
