Hi everyone im sad to say that i stopped PE a couple of months ago and missed a lot of time. I want to start it up again and was wondering what routine i should start with because i had done this all before, I guess that i should start with the 7-10 min begginner workout. I don;t have much time because i recently started college and wanted to also know if 7 min workout will really do anything because i was doing 50 min before i stopped. Thanks all comments are helpful and im exited to start my PE journey again

How long were you doing the workouts, when did you quit, how long have you been off and what did your last routine look like?

Pills will not do it only exercises will.
Regarding your length are you measuring by pressing the ruler back to the pubic bone on top?
When you measure it's important to measure the same time all the time. Either on top or the side. When measuring non-bone pressed your sure to get inaccuracies because of the tendencie to push into the fat pad.
However if you're doing all that then those are great gains!

I am not really someone who is falling for advertisements, but in the case of penis pills, I can only recommend to stick with more widely known and advertised products. ProSolution, VigRX these are the ones I used, and which I know worked very good.
I am not sure if it's a good sign that you have taken them for some days and still don't know exactly if they are working.
It could be the pills or it could be you; do you do any kind of sports? Are you eating good? Do you smoke?
It could be a case of the ingredients of the pills not arriving in your penis properly because your system is blocked by, well, junk.
