View Full Version : lost the jelqing technique help!

hello guys nice to meet ya all.

im 24 and startet jelqing since august 2008 and have been jelqing till now so its been 18 months or so but there is a problem with my results lately.i can never keep it up i mean i cant be consistend but i really have added some inches and also especially girth but i never measured it.for example i jelq the correct way for few days or weeks but then i loose it again and dont see gains and i know this becasue i keep getting diferent results everytime. for example somethimes i get very good gains but the penis feels sore or numb so no feeling and erections arent that hard either and somethimes i get no gains at all but get rock hard erections and great feeling but i also see that the lenght or girth have decreased becasue of the incorect jelq and somethimes i get very good gains with very nice feeling and confidance rises aas wel and i want to keep it at that but can never maintain that.im trying to jelq right but cant seem to find the right technique, oh and before i used olive oil and vaseline but that wil never let me glide good so i always use soap but with soap it gets really slippery with the ok grip somethimes.

so please can any of you give tips and details?? dont tel me to watch the videos as i have did watch it many times but that doesnt help me.and can someone also tell me what you are supposed to feel when jelqing?? and most of the times when i jelq incorectly,the penis gets flacid and loses its erection and also feel numb.and when i jelq right i always feel that warm nice sensation with is the right way.

From what i gather you've been jelqing inconsistently for a year and a half.You say you've added inches but never measured it so how do you know that you've gained anything? If you have no starting measurements you have nothing to compare to.You need to measure correctly to begin with so you can gauge your progress.

If you measure after you've performed exercises you're not gonna get accurate measurements cause you're measuring "the pump" you got from performing the exercise.A light workout would give you less of a pump than an intense workout would and if you're measuring this way it will always be inconsistent.Measure only on your off days so you know your results are actual gains.

You need to get a routine and be dedicated and consistent to make permant gains.A 3 days on 1 day off/2 days on 1 day off workout schedule is reccomended.Slow and steady wins the race.

Pain and numbness is bad.Losing your erection while jelqing is normal.To jelq properly,make an ok grip at the base of your penis and milk to the base of the glans.You should have a 60 to 80% erection and this should take 2-3 seconds for each jelq.I use baby oil gel with aloa vera and vitamin E.

Do you have a detailed training journal that you can provide? Just a note- if you're jelqing until you're sore that's not a good sign.
