hi guys, i pe'd a while back before but stopped because i got really busy and had no time. i want to start again. i was wondering what would be a very good beginner routine? i looked at the beginner 7-10 mins, but i dont think that is a good enough workout. i want a routine that would get me back on track as well as get me gaining sooner. can someone give me some advice on a good routine? i never went by how many minutes i did for each exercise, i count the reps that i do. any help would be appreciated. thanks.

Well you can't really rush the process or force fast gains.
Do you have a membership with Penis Health?
Basically you can develop your own routine shooting for a minimum of 15 minutes to 30 minutes of actual workout time, (the accumulated minutes from your reps).
Why don't you post your routine here and then we can advise you.

i just started back yesterday and i did LS 5 reps stretching forward, 5 reps stretching left and then 5 reps stretching right, then did 75 reps of wet jelq... is this okay to start for now? just two exercises. Warm up before and after exercises..

so i found some old posts of mines, and im thinking of using the routine that i used before. here it is:
1st week: WARM UP->LS 15 seconds each rep, 5 diff directions (forward, right, left, up, and down)->150 reps of jelq-> warm down instead of 150 reps, im gonna do 75-100
2nd week WARM UP->LS->300 reps of jelq-> warm down
3rd week WARM UP->LS->450 reps of jelq-> warm down
4th week currently WARM UP->LS->500 reps of jelq-> warm down

That's what I think.
