I'm approximately a month into my program now. I haven't measured since Ifirst started. I think I can see a gain in fla. length. My programs is as follows: warm up, 10 mins of heli, then 6 mins of the power stretch, then 8 min of the jelq and hold, then 4 mins of needling and my hot cloth again. Does this look like an effective program? If so, how long before I should be changing and rotating in different exercises?
