Hello everyone,

I want to start doing curved jelqs in order to correct a curve in my penis. I have some questions about it though. The first question is whether it's ok to do the jelqing with a 100% erect penis? And my second question is how long I should be jelqing (it's the only exercise I'm doing, I'm only interested in correcting the curve)?

I have a PenisHealth membership so I read about the need to warm up and made sure to do that too. Here's what I did: "the wake up cloth" --> "curved jelq" --> "the wake up cloth" again.

If anyone can answer my questions or has any tips or suggestions, I'd appreciate it a lot!

Welcome to the forum, NLS. I normally jelq at around 70 or 80%. As fas as how long, it seems to work best to think in reps. Start off with 150 or so, then add 50 every 2 or 3 weeks. You don't want to get to 1,000 jelqs, but you can tell when you had a thorough workout.

Your warm up and warm down sounds fine. I used the cloth for a long time, but recently switch to a heating pad because it's a more consistent.

Straightening a curve can take a while, so don't get discouraged if you don't see results right off the bat.

Good luck!

Alright, I'll start with 150 reps then. As for it taking a long time; I'll just have to be patient I guess. I had already read it normally takes 6 months to a year to correct the curve, so I didn't expect to get it fixed in a couple weeks, haha. Luckily I don't have Peyronie's Disease or anything, so it should be fine.

Thanks for the reply.
