Hi everyone!

This survey, which is a private one, and will not be used in any commercial or advertising fashion, is mainly aimed at men who have around two months to one year of steady exercising behind them; it is aimed mainly at this group because they most likely have a better memory of their starting weeks.

It is important to notice that this survey is not only for men who did have gains, but also for those who did not! Their info may even be a bit more valuable!

So, this survey is for you if:

- you are doing only manual exercises
- you have done two months to one year of exercises
- you have done the exercises regulary
- you have done the exercises correctly

Experienced PEers are of course welcome as well, if they can answer the questions with complete confidence.

The goal of this survey is to determine the attitude with which you do your exercises, and how, and if, it affects your gains.
As far as penis enlargement is concerned, we have covered so many aspects of it; biological processes, physical processes, manual exercises, devices, herbal supplements, sometimes chemical theories ... but given that we know how the state of mind can affect the body, I think this is an important aspect that has yet to be covered.

Please answer the questions to your best knowledge!

Just a note: It might be hard to find only manual exercisers here since the company that runs the forum is pushing the SG device. Manual PE seems to have been put on the back burner, unfortunately because I believe it to be more effective.

5. What is your average workout time? 30 minutes

6. How much did you gain in length? 2 & 3/8 inches

7. How much did you gain in girth? 3/4 inches

8. Do you take the time for your workout? Or do you have stress? Yes I take the time for my workout and sometimes I do stress about it.

9. What do you think about when you exercise?
Being focused on the goal at hand and nothing else. Things to do later, people ect are forced out.

10. Going into a workout session, generally speaking, do you have a positive, negative or indifferent feeling?
Umm, never negative, never indifferent, but mostly hopeful that what I'm doing will count for something

11. Can you attribute that feeling with a more precise term? Joy, anxiety, dissapointment ...
Never joyful! LOL, Determined; "get er done!"

12. Do you sometimes visualise yourself with a bigger penis?
Yes

13. Do you sometimes feel joy, thinking about what it will be like if you are bigger?
Oh yes!! But I know it's not that easy and there is a price to be paid if I truly want it

14. Do you take any supplements?
Yes I take male herbal supplements. Currently taking Male Extra and I happen to like it.

5. What is your average workout time? half hr length, 1 hr girth

6. How much did you gain in length? 7/8" +/-

7. How much did you gain in girth? 3/16"

8. Do you take the time for your workout? Or do you have stress? i feel pushed sometimes

9. What do you think about when you exercise? focus on technique

10. Going into a workout session, generally speaking, do you have a positive, negative or indifferent feeling? indifferent but gets more possative as i go

11. Can you attribute that feeling with a more precise term? Joy, anxiety, dissapointment ... statisfaction

12. Do you sometimes visualise yourself with a bigger penis? dont need too. it is bigger

3. Do you smoke? No.I quit 9 1/2 years ago but i've spent enough time in bars with second hand smoke so i maybe i'll qualify.:drinkupsmiley:

Or do you have stress? We're all stressed over something

9. What do you think about when you exercise? All sorts of things.Depends on what's on the tube at the time

13. Do you sometimes feel joy, thinking about what it will be like if you are bigger? I feel joy cause i know i am bigger & thanks to PE i can look forward,knowing it's possible to gain more.

14. Do you take any supplements? Not anymore, I got the PSP when i first started.Did they help? Maybe but they also raised my blood pressure a good bit.That's when i found out i had high blood pressure.Most of these companies won't tell you about possible side effects so it's a good idea to know your blood pressure and maybe ask your doc about taking them.I felt a bit light headed at times when i was using them.Read the ingredients.

i think starting out most of us are getting our newbie gains anyway.A lot of us have taken supplements when we started and the results are still varied with fast gainers and hard gainers like myself.A lot of veterans have shied away from supplements but i'd like to hear from some vets who have had success using them to jump start gains.

3. Do you smoke? No

4. How long have you done penis enlargement exercises? 5 mths, but with a break in between.
5. What is your average workout time? 1hr 15mins but that includes washing before plus erection renewal etc.
6. How much did you gain in length? 5/8" flaccid, 1/2" erect

7. How much did you gain in girth? 3/8"
8. Do you take the time for your workout? Or do you have stress? I try to take my time but sometimes I have other stuff to do which I suppose is at the back of my mind.
9. What do you think about when you exercise? Girls (what else?) I actually try to get rid of any other thoughts whilst PEing.
10. Going into a workout session, generally speaking, do you have a positive, negative or indifferent feeling? If I had a negative feeling I would quit for that day (which I've done before). I try to feel indifferent or positive.
11. Can you attribute that feeling with a more precise term? Joy, anxiety, dissapointment ... I suppose just a vaguely hopeful feeling that this will all work out.

12. Do you sometimes visualise yourself with a bigger penis? Yes.
13. Do you sometimes feel joy, thinking about what it will be like if you are bigger? Not too sure about "joy" exactly. I suppose I just want to solve my problem which will of course be good.
14. Do you take any supplements? No. I tried some PSP a few years ago but found them to be totally ineffective.
