I feel stupid asking these questions. But after searching other threads I have yet to find a legit answer to these. So can someone answers these in a clear fashion so that they wont be asked again?!
1) What do I do with my extra fore-skin?! Do I pull it back through the stretch, Jelq, etc.. exercises? Or can I leave it as it is?
2) If I don't feel that much sore the day after, does that mean I did not work out my penis hard enough?
3) With the PC exercises, do I need to sit down erected or can I do them at work, school, wherever I am at?
Thank you everyone.

1. If you do a wet Jelq, it doesn't matter whether you pull it back or not. I would recommend pulling it back during stretching because then, from my experience, the skin won't be irritated so easily.
2. Whe you stick to one routine for a while, your penis gets used to it and doesn't feel quite so exhausted anymore. Soreness is common, but I don't think it's a significant sign whether a workout was better or worse. But you should increase intensity, so being sore once in a while surely is a good sign.
3. rapid PC flexes, as well as long ones, and reverse flexes can be done at any time or place, and you don't need an erection for them being effective.

Thanks for the advice. By wet jelq you mean jelq with lube right?

Yes, I do.
I don't see the benefit of dry Jelqs, really, outside of doing them when you have no lube at hand.
