Hello I am an olde memeber and just getting back here. I had started and time became a issue early on. I was taking 45 min to 1 hour to do a complete workout. Is this normal? can it be shortened, just alot of time taken specuially with family around to do thise....how do you all find the privacy and time??

I feel your pain. Its a bitch finding the time with family in the house and it makes it stress full. I've actually been caught in the act of hanging by my fiances dad.
A hour of actual workout time is pretty standard. U can split your routine up and do girth one part of the day and length later. A lot of people do that but u have twice the warm up and warm down time as u would doing it all at once.

Unfortunately this is normal and is what you have to do to get gains.
From my experience I would advise to press on and do not shorten your workouts.

I also have a large family and I know it feels selfish because it's like a "time robber" but you're doing this for you. You've got to have time for yourself and do the things you want to do too in life otherwise it just passes you by.

The good thing is once the gains are yours the are yours forever.

I do most of my workouts from 10- 11 pm or from 11 until midnight, the reason is my dad being more at home than usual. Today I risked to,have a workout while he was out. So.
I started my routine, but was very nervous and wary. After completing 50 jelqs the apartment doors opened and it scared the hell of me!
I had around 10 seconds to hide my lube, shut the porn and go to bed, just pretending to study. I did well, so when he came in My computer was shutting down and i was in my bed holding a book. I was being scared like a hedgehog. I wish it never happened again.:D

Hi. I have started having exercises but all I have are the basic ones - jelqing and stretching exercises which only last like 15 minutes. I have only been working out for less than a month. Can you share any more advanced exercises for me? Please help. I really have a small penis.

I have just answered your question to your post in different thread.
In additon to this, 15 minutes dont seem as long, but many newbies gain a lot in the beginning from light routines.
