spots on penis head!!!

I'm new here and I'm on day 4 on PE (beginners 7-10 min). I just saw dark spots on my penis head. I'm freaked out. Is this normal? I do have dark skin tone down there, is this the blood they we're talking about in the exercise?

Also, how soon can u put on SG after doing PE?

Pin size dots are normal. If they get bigger than that u should take the intensity down a notch. Make sure your warming up good too.
I don't use a extender so I can't help u there but I don't think u have to wait

Spots are normal and a darkening hue due to the blood is also normal and is no big deal.
