Hello People's.
So i think i have reached a plateau in my girth routine. The first thing i did was do a split routine so i could dedicate more time to girth. I gained length very fast so im not worried about length.
So regarding girth.I was thinkin, would it be okay to increase the schedule to a 3 on 1 off, 3 on 1 off. to give it more stimulation? or even 4 on 1 off 3 on 1 off? or is that not enough rest?
Any suggestions??/ im not sure what to ask. just keep plugging away?
this is my routine for girth.
200 jelqs- as a warm up.
3 ulis, then 10 squeezes with 10 sec hold. i do 1 uil then 10 squeezes, 1 uil 10 squeezes, etc.
then i do like 3-5 ulis.
then, 10 supra slammers, then after the 10 slammers, 10 slider blasters, then 5-10 more slammers. then 5 more slider blasters then 1 uli to fill up the expansion created from the slider blasters.
then a long warm down.
Also, what do you guys think about warming up during girth?

How long is your Uli rep?
What erection level are you performing these workouts?
You've got an awful lot going on there.
The Supra Slammers to me seem to be nothing but glorified edging, which has its merits.
I would pick just 2 girth workouts and focus only on them.

Hey thanks for response,
Uli reps about 25 secs. I only do about 5-6.
I do squeezes about 50-60%, otherwise i get edemas.
this is my mindset. jelqs are warm-up to squeezes, squeezes+ ulis are warm up to slammers + blasters.
I do uli, squeeze, uli, sqeeze, to me its like compress/expand, then fill it up. then the next time its a bit more expanded.
The slammer is like a uli with an added jelq, but uli isnt as long.
The ferrari combo is alright, ive tried it but i dont like the mega pump exercise, for some reason. The slider blaster i perform is the 3rd exercise of the trio.
I think slammer + blasters seemed like a good idea. Expanson then engord the expansion with the slammer.
I see what you mean by picking two exercises. but i thought maybe add some variety kinda add some shock value.

the exercises seem pretty good. Involve a lot of trapping, which im not a fan of but i will try them.
Jelq compression looks nice, but is it neccessary for 90-100? seems to erect for a squeeze. So do i do 20 then stop?
Can you overdo girth besides the obvious, bruises and such?

Well you're seeing the key to girth gains and it is trapping. The key is to get maximum expansion on a regular basis.
20 Jelq Compressions is plenty.
You can only overdo girth if you notice your erections aren't as strong, if your penis is tired ect. Otherwise go for it.
I trap at 100% erection and I believe it makes a big difference. You shouldn't do it unless your experienced at it and have been doing all the things you should have been doing, like easier girth exercises which train you for the more intense stuff later on.

Trapping eh?.
I will try the jelq compression squeezes tonight and see how it goes.
Is that all the girth routine consists of, the compression squeezes? what else would be a good compliment exercise to that exercise?

for the jelq compressions. you say every tenth rep hold squeeze for 1 minute, so in one session you do 1 min squeeze x 2. or 1 min squeeze x 20? for 20 reps?

Yes 1 minute squeezes 20 times. ALso pc flex after every jelq and hold each jelq for 1 second like a short jelq and hold.

Plump bends are a good thing to add to the mix.

Basically what I'm discussing are what I called the Jelq Compression exercise

It is advanced so I don't recommend doing it until you've got about 4 to 5 months of PE-ing in.
By themselves they are a good routine and I like them. They are safer than plump bends but they require you to have 100% erection when you start your first group of 10 Jelqs

Also I just read in my descriptiion that I do 20 of these. I meant 20 sets of 10 or 20 1 minute Squeezes. So that would equal 200 Jelqs overall with 20 1 minute squeezes in the mix.
