If one was to religiously do a PE program and say after a few months gained 1.5 inches in erect length and 1 inch in erect girth, how would the skin on the penis compensate for the gain. The skin would have to house more penis than it did before. Does the skin stretch while doing PE?

:) Hi ngt2000 - Welcome to the Mens-Network Forum.
You would be amazed by how much the skin can be stretched on the human body while still remaining intact.
As you achieve your gains, your skin will stretch and become thinner...thus causing an increase in the sensitivity towards the stumulation in your penis. This is a good thing.
If you are concerned about tearing the skin, fear not...because new skin cells will reproduce and strengthen...to your new increased gains.
Good luck and keep us posted on how you are progressing.

The skin is affected by the PE as muhc as the erectile tissue so it will keep up. Some uncircumsized men even gain a little "extra" skin.
