Could someone tell me a good starting PE routine. I just began looking into it and I dont want to start off to strong.:confused:

Keep it simple. Just start with a warm up, I suggest the hot wrap, for about 5 min. Then stretch straight down for another 5 min. Lube up and jelq for 10 min. Use the hot wrap again for 5 min and you're done. That's a good initial routine which will get you accustomed to the exercises. After slowly building up the time and intensity (by the end of 2 weeks of doing this at least 4 times a week you should be up to 15 min of stretches and 20 min of jelq) yoou can begin looking into other exercises for variety.
