OK, I have been doing PE for some time now. I started out with the standard jelq and have started utilizing slammers. I was wondering if these are good exercises for length? I have gotten some gains, but I am looking for an exercise that is REALLY good for length. Any thoughts?

Jelqs and slammers are mainly for girth. If you want to gain in length you need to do some stretches.Do a search for the Long shlong,Helis,Tension stretch, and Bundled tunica. These are all good length exercises.

ok, I found the long shlong and the bundled tunica (long shlong was not found on this website... I have issues looking things up apparently), but I cannot find the tension stretch or the heli. could you post a link to them? or tell me how to do them?

Long shlong heli's or helicopter stretches are done by pulling straight out and holding for 15 seconds, then pull straight up and hold for 15 seconds. Then make a complete circle from the top all the way around for 15-30 seconds. This would be one rep.If you were to do 10 reps it's best to do 5 reps clockwise than 5 counter clockwise. This exercise will hit your ligs all the way around.

To perform the tension stretch sit on the front edge of a chair and hold just below the head.Use your other hand & grab the hand your stretching with as in a two handed stretch.Stretch outwards and lean back while holding the stretch for 20 or 30 seconds. It's a basic length exercise & it does a great job on hitting the ligs.

this might sound stupid, but is the tension stretch done when flaccid or erect (semi-erect)? I ask because i saw a vid and the person looked at least partially erect...

do all stretches flaccid
