ive been at PE for a month and b4 i started i was 6inch erect and 5 inch girth,my goals are 2 be 8inch and 6 1/2 girth i dont no if this is askin 2 much,but after a month of an average workout i have seen little gains, .1 of an inch in lenght and .25 in girth at this rate it would take 4ever 2 get to my goals, will i c any major improvements or just the same ,cud any1 post of major improvements here 2 give me reasurance and plese b honest

hey man, if ur not on the pro pill solutions then its a good idea cuz those things work, real good!! i was skepticall at first and my penis was 5 inches, my goal is 7 inches and im halfway there in one month. i come home from workin out at the school and do a warm up wrap, then like 5 to 10 min of stretching, then i have an egg timer that i use that times me while i jelq for around 15 min in the bathroom using ky jelly, after jelquing i take a shower and run the shaft of it under the running water for about 2 min. thats my work out but what tops it off is the pills i take. i take 3 after i get outa the showa so the entire day my penis is being flooded with blood and all those compartment i worked out are getting wider.
so if the PE isnt workin for ya then i suggest the pills with PE. it works and it does take time and remember that more pressure while workin out means faster results.

First off, one month is nothing. This is a long-term exercise plan that you have to do consistently to see good results. You get results depending on how much effort/time you put in (up to a point of course). I've seen really good gains over fairly short periods of time in the past (check out my thread here (http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1500)) and I'm having decent gains again now (which you can read about here (http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1551)). Consider your present results preliminary. Once you get to know your limits and how your penis responds to various exercises you'll get better and better routines which will accelerate progress (at least that's how it works for most people). Start reading the sticky on Advanced techniques (here (http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1532)) and try some of the exercises there. The more you learn, the better equipped you'll be to make good gains.

And pills can be that little extra push you need. Start by learning all you can about the exercises and how this actually works. Then, if you feel you need that little extra boost, get some pills. They are expensive though so make sure you have a great routine that's giving you decent results before you try them. (And if your routine and your consistency is good enough you might not need them.)
