Hi i am new to PH and i was wondering how much length and girth you have gained in a month and whether or not you are using the pills?

From 5.8 or 5.9 to 6.8 within first 6 weeks. Not sure about the girth, used no pills.

From June 13th to June 30th I gained 0.4" in length and 0.6" in girth. Once I check my measurements this Wednesday I'll see if I've made any further improvement (which I doubt since I had a week off from PE during my vacation).

Most of my workout and its various stages, exercises and durations can be found in my tracking log here (http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1551). Most exercises discussed are either explained somewhere on this forum (used the search here (http://www.mens-network.com/forum/search.php?s=)) and most are detailed in the sticky on Advanced techniques here (http://www.mens-network.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=1532).

I urge you to proceed with caution if trying any of the techniques I describe and use though. I'm very attuned to my body and know what it can take after plenty of experimenting. I also do a fairly high volume of work that might not be suitable for everyone.

lokingforlenght, I started out with a simple beginner routine and slowly increased the intensity of things. As far as length go's, I gave great attention to all of the length exercises into my routine with a few variations on them. You MUST be careful though, because everybody is different and I have heard of guys doing serious damage to their ligaments and such because they got carried away and you don't want that you could set yourself back quite a bit from a serious injury.
