View Full Version : Routine and Ligament stretch

Hey Guys

I've been at it for about 6 weeks now, after about 4 years off PE.

But i had a question around my routine and my ligs, basically I do:

Heli's
Stretches in all directions holding for about 15 secs each
all this for about 25 mins

Then do my Girth Exercises for about 10-15 mins, which consist of squeezes

My question is a get lig pops most of the time when i do my stretches but after 3 days of this my ligs are a quite sore not painful or anything just feel like i've given them a good work out, Is is it ok for this to happen ? As after a rest period of a couple of days they are ok

I generally do 3 days on 1 off, 1 on then 2 off

Any thoughts guys

Lig pops are harmless so just work through them.
