Hello, I am using a forum for the first time, so please bear with me. I scanned the FAQ's, and I was not able to find answers to the questions that I have, so here goes.

I started the exercises this past monday. I skipped wednesday, and today, sunday. I look forward to doing the exercises each day, and rather enjoy it.

My measuremeants are: FL=10cm, FG=11cm, EL=15cm, and EG=13.5cm.

I have noticed that since I have gotten older, I have also gotten smaller, so I am hoping to regain some of my former self. I also have trouble getting it up. Even porn doesn't seem to help. BUT!!
Since I have been exercising this past week, I have awaken these past two mornings with some fairly nice erections. I hope that this is a sign of good things to come.

Now a couple of questions. First, how long should I stay on the
initial beginning program? My wife say's that I usually go whole hog into something, and I don't want to advance before I should, so that I don't damage anything.

Second, What actually is the best time of day to do the exercises? I have been doing them in the morning, after I work out, and before I shower.

Thanks for any and all help.

If you are seening gains on your beginner progam stick with it for at least a month or until the gains cease, which ever comes first.
Second, time of day is up to you, usually when stress levels are down and you have some good uninterupted time to yourself to perform the exercises. Personnally I do mine after a bike ride or working out and before my shower.
Hope this helps.

Hardin has some good advice. I usually do my exercises before I work out, run, etc. I try to keep some extra blood in my penis while I'm doing my non-PE workouts too, since it is usually after my PE workouts that I usually workout. The blood's flowing and since there's blood in the penis, it's flowing more there too... Plus I have this weird idea that it will heal bigger and faster with blood in it because the walls are expanded and there's more blood in there... *shrugs* Maybe I'm just weird, but my gains have been pretty good. Not to say that it was that ideal... My PC muscle was REALLY weak when I started, now it's hard to tire the thing out... lol...

:) Greetings Grosbeak - Welcome to the Mens-Network Forum.

Always do a complete PE workout in one session during the day. Try not to break it up throughout the day...as this is NOT as effective towards achieving maximum gains.

Rest days are vital to the process of achieving PE gains as well. Set your routine to either 3-days on, 1-day off...or...2-days on, 1-day off...or a combination of the two.

As a newbie to the PE program, I suggest that you begin the program with a light intensity level on your basic routine and gradually increase your intensity each week for the first month, until you have established an intensity level that is suitable for your needs. This will prevent injury to your penis and any possible delays that you may incur...Simaltaniously, you can upgrade your routine to the next level week by week until you have developed a custom routine that works for you.

Based on your profile, I would suggest taking ProSolutionPills (www.prosolutionpills.com) upon the approval of your doctor, due to the conditions that you described in your profile...This will assist you in the process of achieving your PE goals with greater results.

And remember to always come back to this forum to ask your questions, express your opinions through personal experiences and to give your fellow members some good advice.

We have lots of members with lots of support.

It's a great place to be.
;)
Good luck my friend and welcome aboard!

I personally disagree with this. Perhaps we have different experiences but I feel that multiple, high-intensity session (and separating stretch from girth work) produces just as good, if not better, results than one workout a day. That said, I do take things to the max when doing these workout and if I did them as one it would take almost 3 hours (which I think is far too much stress for any one session).

Grosbreak: Stay on the beginner's routine for at least a month. Slowly increase duration and intensity after 2 weeks and see how it feels. Like hardin said, if you see gains and/or positive effects, stick with it.
