Hi question here regarding herbal supplements to help erection.

I have to restimulate myself very often during a work out. And besides it being annoying I wonder if it is taking something away from the work out too.

I was thinking about taking the combination of TONGKAT ALI (improve erection) and YOHIMBINE (blood circulation)

Has anyone tried this or have any thoughts or opinions?

I thought i read it's best to avoid yohimbe.Don't know about the other one.

Aye, I've also read that yohimbine can be dangerous. Zinc and L-arginine do it for me.

I usually use porn too except standing.. Don't u have to stand?
Porn helps.. But still I restimulate a lot

I would like to be able to do the exercises without watching porn

I do my girth work sitting down.I see no reason why you'd have to stand.I do my stretching standing,while flaccid of course.

Having to restimulate is always necesssary and unavoidable.I've recently been going to break.com and downloading some of the pics from the spicy gallery.It's just tits and ass but there's some pretty hot chicks on there.Just a bunch of regular next door gals sending in their best assets for us to enjoy!

The male extra would be great for sex but for girth work you don't want a rock hard erection.In fact it's been said to be a little dangerous to do girth work with a full erection.Best to shoot for about 80 % or so erection level so you can move the blood around.

Having to restimulate is a necessary part of girth work and you'll just have to work through it.Some days are easier than others.

So with jelqs and squeezes u can be sitting down with no decrease in effectiveness of the workout?

Just to clarify the Male Extra would be ok with your workouts but the Instant Performer would be for sex.

You can do girth work sitting.

I'm from the UK so I use Boot's zinc and 'now foods' for l-arginine.

I would say that the best thing is to learn from your libido and try to keep it high with no ejaculation when your libido peaks out when it decreases you gotta get yourself to ejaculate to bring it up again. Stimulation during workout reduces its efectivity. Two days ago my workout went fast with no need for stimulation. You did the same work per less time and this equals to greater power. I hope my today and upcoming workouts remain the same as the last one. Over past 6 weeks I had to restimulate a lot and at the end I gained only a very little in length so better work means greater gains.

Excellent post alex. When you ejaculate, it's almost like going in reverse from what you've built up to, as it's like putting a cork in a hose. It starts to swell as there is nowhere for the water to go, but once you remove it, it spurts out with force, and deflates. The object is to keep as much blood flow in the penis for as long as possible to force growth to accommodate the pressure.... so to speak.

So over the weekend I tried sitting down during girth work instead of standing up. My erections stayed longer and the over all work out seemed more productive. My penis stayed more pumped, and my head got a better pump. I hope this continues to be the case.

I've been using a workout bench and letting everything basically "hang over" so that I can get my hands in there to work and get my balls out of the way at the same time.
