I have only been doing PE for 6 months and am happy with the results I have been able to obtain. After three months of beginner techniques I wanted more girth. I switched to 10 minutes jelq, 5 minutes advanced jelq and try to do 10 mega pumps. Kinda limited on time.

The shape of my penis when flaccid is now cylindrical, unlike a stick with a head when I started, and the same when I am semi erect. When I am fully erect it is more of a taper with the base being larger and tapering to a smaller diameter towards the head.

Just asking if this is a normal process or if I need to do something different for my penis to look more even when erect.

Yes this is normal and don't let it deter you.

Eventually things will even out. But after 6 to 8 months you can start doing Reverse Jelqs which are advanced.

They don't do anything for your mid girth just the base. I would focus on getting your mid girth where you want before dedicating yourself to these.
