Hi guys. I wasn't too sure where to post this thread or where to look for it. We all know that our penis isn't a muscle. Does it have the ability to adapt to a certain routine/excercise? How does one know when to switch things up and try different excercises if it seems gains are minimum?.. Please i need your advise. Thanks

I would say anything between 2nd and 3d month. The reason is that in the 3d month everything gets crystalized
Sometimes it,s good to measure every second week mainly in case you wanna switch a routine.
I had not seen gains until my 10th week before I had to make a decision to continue my routine or try another.
Fortunately It paid off and now i,m gonna measure in a week to see if I make any progress in gains.

That's the eternal question with PE.
Basically the penis does have a muscle within it that is affected by Jelqing, which shows why Jelqing is still important for girth.

Yes the penis does have the ability to adapt but if you keep consistant at it you will see gains. I've got 8 months with no gains so don't get discouraged.

You can tweak your routine to try more advanced exercises as you continue along.

After your first year if you just feel like your stagnating you can try deconditioning breaks. For these to be effective you must stop PEing for a minimum of 6 weeks. I've gone 3 months and 5 months and then achieved gains again.

Hey thanks u guys for ur input. Highly appreciated. I was doing a 2days on,1day off,2days on routine, on forum I've discovered a 3on,1off,2on,1off routine. I am going to follow this routine going foward. There's still ALOT I have to learn.. Thanx once again.

You will find with penis enhancement you are constantly learning all of the time!

Stick with the 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off routine as this seems to be the most effective.
