I have a question about measuring, I measure along the top of my penis. But what is it when guys measure along the side? Like if I measure along the top or along the edge of my penis, about a ruler width to the right or left. I still get the same measurement. So how do guys measure along the top or the "side" and get about a cm or so difference in length? I've seen different kind of measureing methods, so what is the proper way.

The proper way is the one you begin with. If you measure the same way every time you will get accurate gain measurements. If you measure differently allot of times your measurements will be all over the place. I personally measure on the top. Hope that helps.

No I know that, but I mean what would be considered the official method I suppose. The way surveys are done where they come up with averages. Or even porn stars measure way wrong I heard which is why they claim such big sizes.

Not sure, but I think you, re supposed to place the ruler between the pubic bone and the uppermost part of your leg that connects pubicbone.
For me I,would get the highest measurement even,greater than my bpel, but dosetsu is right on this. This measurement is meaningless,
The gains are important.

The thing about surveys is they're all flawed somewhat.That's why the debate about average size will continue forever.As far as PE is concerned just measure bone pressed at the same spot so you can track gains.There is no official method.

As far as I know the best study ever done was by Lifestyles condoms where all measurements were done by a nurse. This is from DLD's site mattersofsize and he's the king and uses this as the best study ever done.

Hmm I'm surprised with the length to girth ratio, it's almost one to one. Would be pretty crazy seeing like a 10 by 9 cock then if thats the kind of ratio the average size is. What is the thickest anybody's heard of?
