Hi I am a new member, I have only been doing the exercises for a week and i was wondering if anyone could help me out with a routine. My current size is EL 6" and EG 6". I am happy with my girth so I am focusing my workout on length. This is why i was wondering if there was a better work out that could just focus on EL rather than a general workout that does length and girth. I would love to get some advice from people who have successfully added inches to there EL and what they did to achieve these lengths and about how long it took them.

Since you're a beginner you ned to stick with the basics for a while to get the tissues used to the work. After that you can start working more towards length. You do that by focusing on stretches and semi-erect jelqs (around 70% erection). There are numerous stertches available and work them all in over the course of the weekly workouts for added variety. A good plan for you after you've completed your initial phase would be to do a 5-min warmup, about 20-30 min of various stretches (choose three every day and do them for 5-10 min each), 10 min of semi-erect jelqing, and then a cooldown.
