I was reading the advise you gave Cleveland on the A- stretch, sounds interesting. I understand the concept of how to do it and how it works, but my question is how long should you hold this stretch and how many times per session? I'm thinking about adding this to my stretching routine but I want to make sure I understand everything fully as to prevent any injury or set backs.
It seems to me that this exercise very similar to the pressured shlong but alot more intense as far as stretching the tunica.

Well, it's not really like the pressured shlong because that targets mostly the ligs. You're told to put the pressure right at the base if I'm remember correctly. This fulcrum stretch has the point of "pressure" more towards the middle and the "bending" of the penis over the arm will target the tunica and not the ligs to any great degree.

I say start out slowly. I generally hold it until I feel my grip slipping (it's too much of a hassle to keep track of time, I also tend to read while I stretch so my mind is elsewhere occupied). As to how many reps, start out with 5 or so and just get the technique down. Then add volume over time and see what happens. I like to alternate my stretches so it doesn't get so incredibly boring so I'm not sure how many reps of each I do...

Thanks Ebon, I'll give it a go and let you guys know how things turn out. I know when I do the pressured shlong, I increase the pressure when I get closer to the middle of the shaft I have noticed after doing this my penis much longer in it's flaccid state, I just figured it was doing basiclly the same thing only more intense. So, should I replace the pressured shlong with this technique or just add this to my length routine?

Since you're starting out with low volume in the A-stretch, you can easily just add it onto your current routine. Good luck.
