I think there should be another permanent thread (like the ones for advanced techniques, newbies, etc) for gains. PEers should report how much they have gained in length and girth and the amount of time they have been doing the exercises. If they want, they could post their routines as well. I've seen so many threads of newbies asking the veterans about what kind of gains they've made and what routines they've been on. This would help eliminate the forum of some of these.
