I have bought the SG device abd quite impressed, however after just two weeks the comfort strap broke. This set me back just over a week before a replacement arrived. To be fair to SG they sent a free replacement as it had broken so soon but yet again after only just a week of use the new one is starting to split. I have to have the comfort strap pulled tight to avoid head slippage so this appears to be a weak link in this device. At this rate, over the required amount of time the cost of replacement parts for me will be, unaccepably high.I have improviesd with some success alternatives of my own but as the SG device is a seriously big enough investment this should not have to be. Anyone else had problems with comfort strap breakage ? I was convinced i was seeing real results when this happened and getting used to the routine of use but that was set back somewhat.

This is very unusual - The straps should last for a minimum of 6 months...

Try to be more gentle with them and use the foam pad underneath so you do not have to pull the strap so tightly.

Sorry about your strap breaking, your right about the replacement parts they are a little expensive. I too will be needing replacement parts soon so I will be looking around at all the hardware stores, home depot, low's etc. If I see anything that can be used with the sizegenetics device, I will post the info here on this thread.

With that said, I would also say that in all fairness to the sizegenetics device, if used properly, will indeed straighten out penis curvature (as in peyronie's disease) which is what the device was originally designed for and this information is based on my research as one who has peyronie's. Adding those extra inches to the penis was just a great byproduct of the device then, and now everyone wants one.:)

I've read a few threads where guys have used neoprene(the thin beer coolie stuff) or a piece of gel inserts for shoes to add comfort and fastened velcro straps in place of the broken comfort strap.
