Is it possible to have sex within the 2-3 months one exercises their penis? Or do you have to wait until you have completed the program to your desired results? I have found that my penis is tired after I do the exercises.

Right after the exercises you will feel "worked" but that doesn't last that long. I usually advice you to wait for 6 hours after PE before having sex to ensure that you can perform adequately but there's no reason to stop having sex. In my experience it doesn't affect gains.
