Hey,
How is everyone?
To the point. I have been doin Long schlong and Heli schlong for a long time now. I have aways felt a deep stretch at the base, which is where it it said to supposed to be felt. I have made gains, approx 1 inch in length, I am now about 7 7/8 BPEL.
This week is the first week in over a year where i have felt no pull or stretch at the base what so ever. i have tried the Two handed Long schlong, still no stretch after 3 sessions, i have increased sets and reps, still nothing
So what length exercises can i move on to now. My PH membership seems to have dissapeared so i am wondering if anyone has any advice as to good length exercises to help me progress for about another 1/2 an inch.
Any Experienced PE'ers have any good length exerices they use to help with gains.
I will try bundled tunicas, but i need something to pair it with. Maybe slower Heli schlongs? Not sure how to go about it.
Maybe even doing stretching after Girth? But would that effect the actual stretching aspect?
So any advice would be much appreciated.
