Hey,

How is everyone?

To the point. I have been doin Long schlong and Heli schlong for a long time now. I have aways felt a deep stretch at the base, which is where it it said to supposed to be felt. I have made gains, approx 1 inch in length, I am now about 7 7/8 BPEL.

This week is the first week in over a year where i have felt no pull or stretch at the base what so ever. i have tried the Two handed Long schlong, still no stretch after 3 sessions, i have increased sets and reps, still nothing

So what length exercises can i move on to now. My PH membership seems to have dissapeared so i am wondering if anyone has any advice as to good length exercises to help me progress for about another 1/2 an inch.

Any Experienced PE'ers have any good length exerices they use to help with gains.

I will try bundled tunicas, but i need something to pair it with. Maybe slower Heli schlongs? Not sure how to go about it.

Maybe even doing stretching after Girth? But would that effect the actual stretching aspect?

So any advice would be much appreciated.

Dude 1 inch gian is awesome! Great job.

Try downward stretches 30 sec/rep or the BTC's.

Maybe do the A - stretch that would make you feel a good stretch.

Ya 1 inch isnt bad, over a year and a bit. I lost a bit when i focused on girth. Used to be 8 bpel , 5.55 girth, now 7.75or so and 5.7 girth . I stopped for like 5 months so i just started back up the last 3 months.

So, Downward stretch is a long schlong stretch, just down ?

BTC- Between the cheecks/\?

A stretch is is where you strech over a bar or some object, maybe your wrist?

can i ask what your routine is for length?

Also, when you stretch, where are you supposed to feel it? in the base, or sometimes i feel it like 2 inches below glans. Where is the best place to feel it to know your actually working the right area.

Yes downwards is straight down.

If you're aiming for your ligs then feeling it the base is a good thing.

Thanks again for respone and links.

I acutally do the BTC, but i hold for 30 secs and do it with right and left hand. Very good stretch.

A stretch looks good.

ALso, when doin length.
If done before girth, does it effect girth workout?

and should you be sore in any way after a length workout? bascally use soreness as a gauge to intensity of workout.

I do length 1st but i don't think it matters really.Whatever you prefer

A dull ache in the ligs is a good sign of a good length workout but pain is always bad.

Do a search for Big Al's ruler stretch.This is a great exercise for measuring your intensity.
