View Full Version : Not tired after Workout

I have been reading around and it seems like most people are tired after there workout and can't really "get it up". I don't seem to have this problem. After my workout I am tired for about 2 or 3 minutes I would say then if there is something that would turn me on, say my girlfriend or a porn or something like that I have absolutely no problem getting it up. So I was wondering if that meant that I simply wasn't working out hard enough. I feel as if I am doing a good amount for my routine. I start up with a warm up , then do 3 stretching excercises for about 10 minutes each, then a 10 min Jelq and then a cool down. Should i turn it up a notch or am is ok that i can get it up after. I haven't tried to have sex yet after my routine due to reading that that wouldn't be smart, so maybe i wouldn't be able to keep it up in that situation but i was just curious.

This might depend on a few factors. If you're still fairly young (not yet 25) you have harder and more frequent erections since you haven't yet begun the slow downhill slide of lower testosterone levels. That might explain your ability to get erections after exercise. However, I would question the "quality" of that erection. Is it really as hard as your normal erections? That's usually what I mean when I say that exercise leaves you a bit tired after a workout. I can still get an erection, and I do a lot of work, but it won't be the pipe-of-steel variety I can get at other occasions (for example, during sex).

Hmmmm.... I'm 19 and after a decent workout my erections are longer, harder, stronger, and more sensitive than ever. I love PEing cause after I workout my penis gives me much better bodily response than when I don't PE. I don't know, some people think this is irregular but I find it to be awesome. I think every time i have sex i'll PE an hour beforehand.

Looking at your first post again I realise that my first answer, although essentially correct, hit on the wrong thing. Simply put, your workouts aren't very high in volume and that probably accounts fro your lack of "tiredness" (you may also have slightyl lower intensity than some of us old PE:ers). I spend about an hour and a half on my current morning workout when I have the time and after that I'm bound to be "tired". I should have recognized that most people aren't as crazy as I am. :D

About having sex after PE... I don't care much for the "no ejaculating" rule. There might be something to it but I say it's better to enjoy life. My concern is that your increased sensetivity might cut down on actual intercourse time (read: come too soon). Have you tried it? If so, how well did it work (as pertains the point above)? And, how long before sex did you work out? (I assume you didn't hit the bathroom while your girlfriend was waiting for you.)
