how are you able to tell if you are doing the long shlong correctly...any advice on how to hold the head??? cuz when i do it it hurts the ridge of my head a little and when i try to stretch using a full fist grip the skin bunches up in my hand(i am circumcised)...what does it feel like when you are stretching the cavernosa as opposed to just the skin???

I believe the long shlong mainly targets your ligaments that suspends your penis to your pubic bone, if when you do your stretches put your thumb on top at the base of your penis and you should be able to feel those ligs being stretched. A simple O grip is what I use but this will still irritate the ridge of your glans(head) to some degree, also make sure you are massaging the head after each stretch to restore bloodflow. I suppose you can trap a little skin between your grip and your glans but in my opinion this is less effective in stretching the ligs because you are also stretching the skin too. It just comes down to what is more comfortible for you.

Since I'm uncircumcised I can't really relate but I've seen this discussion plenty of times before. Some suggest using a small piece of soft cloth between your hand and your penis (kind of like a makeshift foreskin) to help alleviate some of that discomfort. Try it and see if it helps.

I thought the peice of cloth was just to help prevent slippage?
I've never tried this method, but if it works go for it. Let us know how it works.

I've used what we'll call the "cloth method" quite a bit for stretching. It helps with your grip, but it's also a bit more comfortable for the most part. Mind you, it's by no means a perfect solution. Sometimes you can get a crease in your cloth underneath your grip, and that becomes quite uncomfortable.
I generally use my boxers instead of a cloth, but you have to make sure you don't grip over a seam or the elastic. I only use them for the Straight Down and the Under the Leg stretch. For the Long Shlong and A-Stretch I go without any cover.

This may sound a little wierd but I just tried using a latex glove and it really helped with my long shlong and power stretch...it was still a little uncomfortable, but it allowed me to do the best stretches i've ever done...just thought i'd let everyone know

Hey that's cool, whatever works for you, we're not going for brutality here. I may even try that one myself.
