Just breathe normally. The body is very good at respiration. It's only when we try to make things more difficult than the really are, usually by focusing on the wrong aspects of something, that our breathing becomes labored. (At least in this kind of fairly non-taxing situation.) For some reason we humans have this weird little idiosyncrasy of holding our breath when concentrating on fairly mundane tasks.
