white dots?

i have these little white dots on my penis and they dont hurt or anything but i want to know what they are and how to get rid of them if its possible also i read somewhere that they are "underdeveloped hair folicles" is that true and do they matter other then make it look really annoying thanks dudes

you can not get rid of them and they do not matter (its not sexual disease or anyting).

Your white-headed spots, as you call them, on the underside of your penis are probably pearly white papules, common and harmless.

ya man i got em too and alot of people do, but ive found that using a little vitamin e and not jackin off as much reduces the size of em. mine are annoying as hell but also ive found that during the times i dont work out or sweat alot, they kinda die down alittle bit.
