Have you ever noticed a loss of girth from overtrainning?
i have a problem of overdoing it. Especially after i notice a gain.
how long do you rest before you start trainning again?
I use a power-jelq, along with manual jelqing.
it seems that when i do overtrain, its from using the power-jelq.
i am also having a difficult time breaking my girth plateu from the 5.25-5.35" area.
any suggestions?

I haven't noticed a loss of girth from overtraining. But then again, I don't know if I've been overtraining yet. I think the problem you have with apparently losing girth has to do with erection quality. If you've worked hard the tissues of your penis will (hopefully) be in a recuperation/build-up phase and then they might not be able to do their job 100%. Then you end up with a subtly less intense erection which could account for the "loss" in girth.
As to breaking your plateau, I need to know more about your workout to be able to say anything really. Do you do anything besides the jelq and power jelq? Do you trap at all? etc. Let me know.

i am hoping thats what i did.
even in flacid state, it not nearly as big as it usually is.
its like the internal tissue is allmost hard & un-plyable. Not soft & squishy like normal.
i think i will give it a rest for a few.
ive done this before, but recently i have added topical testosterone to my post workout.
After the 1st two pe'ing sessions, and the application of the cream, my penis felt huge, vascular, & much bigger than normal. i didnt think to measure because i wanted to wait two weeks after incorporating the cream into my workout, to see if it made a difference. Well on the third workout, i must have used way too much pressure with my powerjelq, (being over excited about the gains i had achieved), and i must have overdone it thinking it would be for the better.

i am just freakin, cause i have spent so much time/money pe'ing, & i dont want it to go to waste.
I think it has been said many times that rest days are just as important to PE as excersise days. You will wear your penis out with the "on" days, then give it "off" days to rebuild itself. This is when gains occur the most. So yes, take a couple of days off, then get back to it when it's feeling stronger again.
