anyone have a routine they use to get the pc muscle to completely control ejaculation? I usually do 10 minutes of pc exercises with 5 seconds of holding and 3 seconds of resting. Anyone know how to go to the next level? Should I do more, or are there different techniques?

The main "problem" with controlling ejeculation with PC contractions alone is that the PC muscle is fairly active during intercourse. We usually tense it periodically without thinking about it and especially then nearing orgasm. So it gets a little tired and might not be able to work at full capacity when push comes to shove.

If you're just looking to avoid ejaculation you can do a few things. One is to concentrate on really tensing your abdominals. That will send some mixed signals to your body which will allow you to "hold back" a little. If you're looking to get orgasm without ejaculation (holding it back with the PC muscle) then I think it's just practice "in the field" that will help.
