We're going to have some houseguests for the next week or so and I really don't want to stop PE'ing during this time. Due to only having one bathroom and a small place I can't sit in there for the normal hour or so to do the full routine.

My current program is

Warmup 4 Minutes
Long Schlong Heli 9 Minutes
Power Stretch 5 Minutes
Jelq & Hold 10-12 Minutes
Horizontal Movement 5 Minutes
Jelq 6-8 Minutes
Warmup 4 Minutes

I thought about trying to just cut everything in half and get a quick exercise in, or what about possibly doing it in 2 segements, some in the morning and some at night?

I have no problem shortening the whole thing, I just want to make sure I do enough of the right exercises to keep things going.

Thanks!

Based on the fact that you have been doing PE for as long as you have...a 30-minute or so workout with an increase in intensity would probably do you fine...if anything...this should at least help you to sustain your gains, until you returned back to your normal routine.

A shorter workout should work just fine. I'd suggest focusing your primary workout on the jelq and then just doing 5 min (roughly) of stretching every time you go to the bathroom (which should be 2-3 times a day). You'll have to forsake the warmup for those but since it's for a limited time I don't think you'll suffer any loss because of it.

Thanks guys, I was thinking of doing something like this

Warmup 2-3 Minutes
Long Schlong Heli 5 Minutes
Power Stretch 1 Set (about 2 Minutes)
Jelq 10 Minutes
Warmup 3 Minutes

That'll give me about 20-25 minutes and I'll try adding in some stretches while in the bathroom.
