I have been doing the exercises and taking the Pro Solution Pills for about 8 weeks, I have gained 0.5 inches in length (I even measured twice)! My penis is now meatier, fuller, and my erections are harder and longer. I am SO excited! I didn’t think it was possible enlarge my penis; I thought I was stuck with my 5 inch penis forever.
My workout routine is:
I do the exercises, after I get out of the shower.
The Long Shlong 5 minutes, holding for 15 seconds
The Jelq 5 minutes
Pressured Long Shlong 5 minutes
Jelq & Hold 6 minutes, holding for 15 seconds
Then I warm down by doing the Stretching BloodFlow for 2 or 3 times, holding for 10 seconds.
I do the exercises for 3 days, then I take the 4th day off, then I start again. I take 3 Pro Solution Pills a day (even on my off days).
What is more effective, doing the exercises for more minutes, and holding for the same amount of seconds, or doing the exercises for the same amount of minutes, while holding for more seconds?
My goal is 8 inches, and, I have taken the first 0.5 inches to reaching my goal.
