I do jelq for about 5 min, just to warm up. Then I do 15 min of this girth exercise. It seems to make my member puffy. In my second workout, I do 5 min of jelq to warm up, then I like to do 10-20 min of stretching (sometimes 20 makes it too sore the next day).
My concern is this: I don't like jelqing cause I don't feel like its doing as good a job as the other exercises. Secondly, I am doing girth one workout, length the next. Should my workouts include both in the same period but for less time? When I do girth for 5 min, the effect is just not as good as 10, or 15 ect.

i'd just like to add that I'm aware there are no magic workouts, and really results are the only things that count. I'm just posting to see what other people have experienced. Although I haven't made any formal measurement, i'm pretty sure i gained (this observation is after taking a week off PE.)

Splitting workouts is fine. I used to do it and didn't have any problems with it. If you can I'd suggest trying to do both in the same workout but then you'd have to increase the total time of the workout rather than decrease the time for individual exercises.
Jelqing is a good exercise. Heck, it's the grandfather of all PE exercises. Just make surethat you use a slow cadence and squeeze hard enough. Take a short break every 2 min or so to work up a reasonable erection and start over.
