I've just started and i am a little confused. When i have completed my begginers workout, my penis has little feeling left in it, i.e... It's less responsive & i find it harder to get and keep an erection. Also the flacid state is alot smaller than it was before i started the workout.
I do realise this may be due to the recovery process,(as i do some weight lifting & it's the smae there) but when i lift weights with other body muscle the effects of recovery are not as extreme.
What i would like to know from an experienced (an acomplished) PE'r is this normal, and am i correct in worrying?

The same thing happens to me. It's the penis' way of recovering, since you've just worn it out. Mine always ends up back to normal by the evening after (on rest days. On "on" days, it stays small due to another workout).
