1) PE states that it increases blood flow to Corpora Cavernosa and the Corpous Spongisum, stimulating, expanding and stretching these areas. What about the Suspensor ligaments? Are they affected by your product? If so how? and if not then how do the ligaments handle the additional mass?
2) How exactly does PE increase blood flow specifically to the penis, and after and erection is gone won't that cause and increased amount of blood in the body? How exactly can the body handle this increased blood pressure without any lasting damage?
The ligs and tunica aren't affected by PSP. For these you have to manually stretch.
The ligaments are easily strong enough to handle the "extra mass" unless you intend on putting on several pounds of extra penile weight.. which is a lot :)

Although I agree that you have to stretch to cause any real results from the ligaments or the tunica, the increased blood flow of penis pills will work towards making the collagenous tissue of both more pliable (in the case of the tunica, hopefully providing a more beneficial ratio of collagen to elastin) so saying that PSP doesn't affect the ligs or tunica is taking things a bit far. Granted, the effect will be indirect but still.
Cloud9: Don't confuse increased bloodflow with increased blood volume. The penis pills uses some nutrients that dilate capillaries making blood flow easier. It also provides precursors to some chemicals necessary for erection.
