I entered the forum to get a few questions answered & now my head is spinning. Will I be able to achieve gains without all these pills & buying or making devices that king D is talking about. If the basic program works how come KD is resorting to all these other methods? I'm not asking alot, I would just give anything to be average. I can handle the program but when you start talking about going to home depot to buy things to make for your penis thats where I draw the line. This is only making me more skeptical about the program! I am hoping to make gains in flaccid & erect, length & girth. I've been doing PE for 1 month now and in the first week I had flaccid girth gains that have since vanished.....so far no results...... How long do I need to do this cause I think 6 months is all i can handle......How long do you do each level? (beginner/intermediate/advanced). I did beginner for 3 weeks & have moved on to intermediate.... 25 min..... wake up cloth 3 min......Long shlong heli 6 min....jelq & hold 8 min......power stretch 4 min.......horizontal stretch 3 min......wake up cloth 1 min..... Another perplexing question. The program states to do only 1 jelq variation excersise per routine, I've seen routines in this forum that include multiple jelqs.... Is it ok to be flaccid when doing the jelq?.... Does a routine have to be done all at once or can it be broken up throughout the day?.... Is it ok to be limp for pc flex?.... At what point without any gains should i come to the conclusion that I'm doing something wrong?..... Has anybody tried Enzyte?..... Current stats: 5.2 erect length, 4.2 erect girth. Sorry so many questions, but ANY that can be answered would greatly be appreciated. Thanks for your time.

KingD, like others who are investigating alternative methods, is trying to find a way that's more efficient. The basic program works if done consistently and with enough intensity. No need for contraptions or pills. These devices and pills might help you gains faster though, that's why we discuss them.

I'd say that PE is a life-long thing, at least the PC work. Keeping your PC muscle in good shape is essential to overall sexual health. As for the enlargement exercises, I'd say you need at least 6 months. Problem is, you've got a bad attitude towards this from the beginning. You're setting yourself up for failure here. Try to get rid of all the negative thoughts and just focus on doing the work.

Depends. Some can move through the introductury phases quickly, others might need more time. I like to recommend at leats 1 month on a beginner's program to get used to the exercises and cement the workout into your daily routine. Then you build.

Some feel that the jelq is the most beneficial part of the workout. And don't make the mistake of thinking "there is only one way to do this". There is no ONE true path. There are general guidelines, and those should be obeyed.

No. You need to be at least semi-erect (I say no less than 70%) when doing the jelq. Otherwise you won't be getting the benefit of the movement.

Quite alright.

Again, hard to say. There are those that will gains nothing. (Most of the time those are the ones without any work ethic who aren't putting in the required effort though.)
