Hello everyone, I just joined and I have been practicing PE sporadically for a couple months now. Because I haven't been consistent, I have not seen dramatic gains, but there have been some. I will say a few things about the ways I practice.

1. If you shower to warm up, consider getting a massaging shower head that is removable. If you get one with the right (i.e. relatively gentle) settings, the ability to target the whole area around your penis is a great warmup and feels absolutely heavenly!

2. Olive oil makes a great, if somewhat messy lubricant! It is relatively inexpensive and a little goes a LONG way. I have psoriasis so I have found that this is a good oil for the skin as well. I was wary at first about using a "food product" in this manner, but the recommendation to use olive oil for psoriasis convinced me that nothing is wrong with using it for PE purposes.

3. This won't make your penis larger, but the visual effect is a confidence booster: Shave the pubic area! I don't mean shave it to the skin, but use the beard trimmer attachment on your razor to get relatively close. Shaving to the skin is a nice effect for a little while, but when the hair starts coming back in, it is, um, painful. The idea here is that more of the penis is easily seen and appears larger, which is never a bad thing :)

4. This may sound weird, but the exfoliating action of the shower head, the skin conditioning of the olive oil, and the well groomed pubic hair makes the penis look very radiant, glowing, and healthy. The supple shiny skin of my penis has garnered more than a few positive comments from lovers. Compliments are always a good confidence booster, and let's face it, increased confidence is part of the reason we're here!

5. If you smoke, quit. I don't have any room to talk here, as I am still struggling to give up cigarettes, but there is much evicence to suggest that tobacco consumption hardens arteries, and is therefore quite detrimental to PE. Or, think of it the way I do, the increased lung capacity and stamina will contribute to longer more exciting bouts of sexual adventure!

Forgive me if I am wasting your time posting comments that have already been in rotation, as I haven't had time to read the entire forum yet. Finding a group such as this forum has inspired me to return to a regular and intense training program.

Well, that's all for now. I know I can be a bit long winded, but you all have inspired me a bit and I just wanted to give back what I can to the community LOL
